What We Do

EriTech Silk Federation is a transformative livelihood enterprise working with tribal communities to build a sustainable, scientifically-managed, and value-added eri silk ecosystem. Traditionally, tribal families consumed eri pupae and discarded cut cocoons as waste.

Through structured training, EriTech has converted these discarded cocoons into profitable value-added products including handicrafts, accessories, yarn, garments, and lifestyle products. We adopt scientific eri plantation systems, improve cocoon quality, enhance productivity, and ensure premium market linkage.

Income of many households has doubled, migration has reduced, and women have gained economic independence. EriTech's strategic advantage lies in its community federation model, product innovation, women-focused training, and strong sustainability narrative.
